The three men were charged with two counts each of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; conspiracy; possession of a controlled substance; and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. They were arraigned by District Judge Daniel Baranoski on Wednesday evening and sent to prison on 10 percent of $1 million each.
