LevittownNow.com is a locally-owned news outlet that covers the communities of Bristol Borough, Bristol Township, Falls Township, Hulmeville Borough, Langhorne Borough, Langhorne Manor Borough, Penndel Borough, Middletown Township, and Tullytown Borough in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We have been providing local news from a team of trusted journalists since March 13, 2013.
We have committed ourselves to fact-based, in-depth, contextual, and non-partisan journalism.
We are local. We are part of the community. We love this area, but we admit it’s not perfect, and we’re not afraid to take our community, the powerful, and institutions to task. We report on local happenings – the good and the bad. We strive to be compassionate, honest, and direct.
Our mission is to contribute to a more informed and vibrant area.
Publisher Tom Sofield is the owner and operator of LevittownNow.com, a small business he started up and bootstrapped.
We are funded by local advertising, community membership, some national advertising, and licensing of content. On occasion, we do receive grants to fund certain types of reporting and that is noted on those stories.
