A woman was critically injured after she ended up outside of a moving vehicle in Falls Township on Wednesday.
The incident happened on the ramp from Route 1 northbound to Route 13 southbound around 10:10 a.m.

Preliminary statements from witnesses indicate the woman may have jumped from the vehicle, Acting Police Chief Nelson Whitney said.
The woman was rushed to Jefferson Bucks Hospital and transferred later to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital in Philadelphia. As of Thursday afternoon, she was in the intensive care unit.
A man who may have been operating the vehicle has been cooperating with the investigation, police said.
