Bucks County finalized their election results for the presidential and state races on Monday afternoon. Biden bested Trump by about 17,000 votes in the county.

By Monday night, all 67 counties in the state had certified their election results, according to the Pennsylvania Department of State.

Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar on Tuesday morning certified the results. Gov. Tom Wolf then signed the certificate of ascertainment for the slate of electors set to meet in December.

“We are tremendously grateful to all 67 counties who have been working extremely long hours to ensure that every qualified voter’s vote is counted safely and securely.  The county election officials and the poll workers are the true heroes of our democracy, enabling us to vote in record numbers, amid challenging circumstances, so that every eligible voter’s voice could be heard,” Boockvar said.

The Pennsylvania Department of State plans to review the 2020 election and how it ran, as part of a planned audit.

Trump and his campaign have claimed since the election they won the state despite receiving less votes. They also claimed there was widespread fraud but were unable to offer substantiated proof of it and saw several lawsuits, including against Bucks County, fail.

Statewide and in Bucks County, officials have said there was no fraud.

Nationally, Biden won more votes than Trump.

On Monday, the Trump administration allowed the government to move forward with transition operations to prepare for the new president.

Trump on Monday night called the race he lost the “most corrupt election in American political history,” which goes against information released by state and federal authorities.
