A woman told them that Christian P. Kuhn, 23, of Levittown, made threats and yelled at her. When he was informed he was being recorded, he pulled out a handgun and told the woman he would murder her, police said.
Kuhn left the scene in his vehicle, the woman told police.
Police said they reviewed the video of the incident and confirmed Kuhn appeared to have a black handgun.
