The van that plowed through a fence Monday morning in Bristol Borough was driven by a 28-year-old Levittown man.
The man, whose name police did not disclosed in a statement, fessed up Wednesday to borough cops after an image of the vehicle and a police request for tips ran on CrimeWatch and LevittownNow.com. The man turned himself in to police.

The van crashed through the fence on Bridalpath Road and fled toward Bristol Township, police said.
The man, who will be charged, said he was texting and driving when he crashed, police said.
