Rodney “Bay-Bay” Beaty, 28, pleaded guilty last month to charges of third-degree murder, conspiracy, and three counts of reckless endangerment.
All three men are being held behind bars until they are sentenced at a later date.
The three men were involved in the February 16, 2016 of Robert “Bink” Colter III, 20. The young father to twin girls was gunned down outside of his home on Bath Street near Mifflin Street.

Colter said her family has been trying to move forward after her son’s death. She said they plan to start a scholarship to help a Bristol Borough High School student who is struggling in Robert Colter III’s memory.
Authorities said in court papers that the three men were driving through Bristol Borough when they saw a car that belonged to the girlfriend of a rival parked near Colter’s home. After seeing the car, the men exited a vehicle and bullets were sprayed down Bath Street, striking Colter in the head.
Following the shooting, the men allegedly made their way to Philadelphia.
