Two Hurt In Serious Levittown Crash

A two-vehicle crash early Saturday morning left one driver with potentially life-threatening injuries, police said.

Bristol Township officers responded to the scene at Levittown Parkway and Holly Turn in the Levittown section of the township at approximately 2:19 a.m.

A 46-year-old woman driving a Nissan Sentra struck an oncoming Hyundai Sonata, police said.

Ambulances took the drivers to area hospitals for evaluation and treatment.

The driver of the Nissan suffered potentially life-threatening injuries, while the driver of the Hyundai was treated and later released, police said.

Fire crews and the Bucks County Rescue Squad assisted police at the scene.

The damaged vehicles were towed away.

The crash remains under investigation by the Bristol Township Police Department Traffic Safety Unit.
