The groups honored for their fundraising during the holiday season were the Bristol Rotary, Shady Brook Rotary Club, and Hugh B. Eastburn Marine Corps League. They raised a combined total of more than $7,700.

The Pennsbury School District received a special plaque for its exemplary community service and seasonal volunteer programs for many decades. Students, teachers, and parents from the district’s schools have taken part in toy drives and seasonal bell ringing fundraisers.

The nonprofit raised enough through its holiday season fundraising drive last year to help provide food for more than 600 local families, toys for 1,300 kids, and 1,100 items of clothing to those in need.
