Harassment

A 35-year-old man from Levittown was cited for harassment for using foul language during a public dispute with management at the Pennsbury Woods Apartments at 3:59 p.m.

September 30

Public Drunkenness 

A 34-year-old Philadelphia woman cited for public drunkenness for urinating in public and stumbling into traffic in the 100 block of Lincoln Highway at 7:20 p.m.

October 1

Public Drunkenness 

A 58-year-old Morrisville resident was cited for public drunkenness for screaming and cursing at staff, customers and officers in the rear parking lot of the Morrisville Tavern on Trenton Road at 2:18 a.m.

Burglary

A white male of thin to medium build wearing jean shorts and a gray sweatshirt smashed a window and forced open a door to a home in the 100 block of Oxford Valley Road. October 2

Drug Arrest

A 42-year-old Levittown woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance after officers found her unconscious outside the apartment complex. Eleven bags of suspected heroin were recovered at the scene.
