During her time at Council Rock, the woman was a record setting member of the swimming team. According to family and the private investigation firm hired to help find her, Procell has been struggling with addiction recently.

Marc Bourne, vice president and co-founder of the Know it all Intelligence Group in Bensalem, has been in contact with the woman’s family since their firm became involved last week. According to Bourne, it is unclear whether the woman is getting help somewhere or is simply avoiding contact.

“We do have a few possible leads we are following up with, and that’s really where we need the public’s help,” Bourne said in an interview on Saturday. Members of the public can contribute to the investigation by calling the toll free number 866-931-TIPS (866-931-8477). Bourne stressed that the number is confidential and is not a law enforcement line.

“Anything, even the most minute detail, could help,” Bourne said. “We just want to bring [the woman] home.”

Pieces of information such as hangout spots, places she has stayed or is staying, and other such pieces of information can all help in locating the woman.

There is a Facebook page dedicated to spreading information about the woman’s case. Bourne urges friends and acquaintances to like the page and share it around to spread visibility and awareness. According to the PDF on the Facebook page, the woman has a beauty mark above her lip, and may have a diamond piercing in her cheek.

“It doesn’t matter the circumstances, we believe everyone deserves to be found,” Bourne said. “We aren’t going to rest until we can find her and bring her home,” Bourne declared.

The woman mom spoke about her daughter in an adoring way in a weekend interview.ย  “I never will give up on her because I know the strong, beautiful woman she is and the kind heart and compassion for others she has. She is so much stronger than many older people I know. I am her biggest fan in all her talents and who she is on the inside. “

“I have devoted my life to [my children], and although I am far from winning a parenting award for my own struggles within myself after my divorce and the fact I am simply a human being with my share of shortcomings, both of my children know I love them and am here for them,” the woman’s mother explained.

The woman’s mother made the follow plea to her daughter: “Please come home. If [the woman] is with you please let her come home. Your brother and I miss you and love you so much. We will never stop looking for you.”
