
The Croydon Fire Company in Bristol Township will be using the Papal visit to raise funds.
The volunteer fire company announced in a press release Wednesday that their parking lot at 911 State Road will be open for people using the nearby SEPTA station to get down to Philadelphia for the Pope’s visit.

The fire company is suggesting a $20 donation for cars and $50 for RVs to park in their lot.
The parking lot will open starting at 5 a.m. on Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27. The 200 parking spaces in the lot are available on a first comeย first serve basis. Organizers said the fire company is not responsible forย any stolen items or damage to vehicles.
