A Falls Township police official confirmed to LevittownNow.com that Phillip Culley, 30, of Levittown, was located and arrested around 8 a.m. Thursday morning.
The official said they were still working to determine whether Culley’s girlfriend was with him at the time and if she is okay.

A Falls Township SWAT team searched a home on Buttonwood Lane in Levittown without finding anyone, police confirmed.

Officers said they would go back to searching the township for the their suspect, who they believe is armed.
Lt. Hank Ward said they believe the armed subject to be Phillip Culley, 30, of Levittown. He was recently released on bail in a terroristic threats and harassment case. In court papers filed last month, authorities say Culley’s arrest was due to a “ongoing” domestic issue with his girlfriend. At the time, police recovered a 380 handgun, AR-14 rifle and a 40 caliber Glock, all of which were owned by the defendant, according to authorities.
As of late Wednesday night, police said they were still working to discover the whereabouts Culley’s girlfriend.

A heavy police presence in Falls Township is causing room for public concern Wednesday night.
Officials have commented that a male suspect burglarized a home in the Levittown section of Falls Township. The male suspect reportedly stole three firearms and the owner’s truck before fleeing the property.

The truck was later left abandoned in the Vermillion Hills section of the township.
The male suspect, who officials have not publicly identified, is suspected to be on the loose in the area and possibly armed. Falls Township SWAT and local law enforcement have concentrated their efforts on Buttonwood Lane in the Birch Valley section. It is unclear if the suspect is a property owner on the street. Buttonwood Lane is located off of Birch Drive and lies near Penn Valley Road and Manor Elementary School.
