A Chester County resident will face trial on accusations he robbed the GameStop in Tullytown.
Kevin Crosby, 25, of West Chester, waived charges of two counts of felony robbery and single counts of terroristic threats, theft and receiving stolen property. One count of robbery was withdrawn by the district attorney on the case.

Crosby went into the GameStop in early April, loitered around the pre-owned game section before he passed a demand note to a clerk, according to court papers.
“Stay quiet, I have a gun. Give me all the money in the register,” the note allegedly read.
In the end, Crosby made off with $176 from the game store, police said.
