A mother tells her son he can spend the night at her house but has to arrive by 11:30 p.m. The son shows up with his sister a little after midnight and all hell breaks loose, according to Bristol Township police.
Township officers responded to the domestic call on the 800 block of Cedar Avenue on Tuesday night. When they arrived, the woman explained her daughter arrived late with her son who the mother said could stay overnight at her home, according to court documents.

The victim, according to police, said her 24-year-old daughter banged on the doors and windows of the Croydon residence so she answered the door telling them it was too late for herย son to stay over.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, when the mother answered the door and toldย the daughter that, she did so with her foot against the door ย and the defendant forced the door open ย pushing her kin “into the air” and then onto the couch. According to police, daughter began pulling her mother’s hair, scratching her face, and at one point during the onslaught punched the victim in the head several times.
Officers wrote in court papers that they observed several scratches and red marks on the face and neck of the victim.

daughter was charged with simple assault and harassment for the attack and was sent to Bucks County Jail on 10 percent of $20,000, She is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on January 29.
