The Neshaminy Board of School Directors is seeking residents of Region 2 interested in serving their community.
The district is asking interested residents to send in their resume to Mr. Robert L. Copeland, Superintendent of Schools, Neshaminy School District, 2001 Old Lincoln Highway, Langhorne, PA 19047 before January 24 to fill the school board position vacated by former School Board Presidnt Ritchie Webb.

“The Board of School Directors will conduct interviews with interested applicants in the Board Room of the Administrative Offices located at Maple Point Middle School. The date of the interviews will be announced,” a district press release read.
The Region 2 seat is open after long-time school board member Webb, announced last month he would step down effective December 31, 2013. The former board president said he was stepping down in order to spend more time with family and work on other projects. Many board members said they hope to still refer to Webb for advice in the future.
