

A luxury SUV reported stolen from Canada has been seized from a local car dealership.

Investigators from the Pennsylvania State Police arrived at a Falls Township car dealership at 11 a.m. on June 9 to inspect a 2021 Lincoln Navigator.
The vehicle had been flagged in law enforcement databases as a registered stolen vehicle, Pennsylvania State Police said.
State police conducted an inspection of the SUV and sent an information request to Canadian authorities, who confirmed that the theft report was still active, state police said.

The vehicle had been originally reported stolen from Ontario, Canada, state police said.
In a news release, state police said the dealership is not suspected of any wrongdoing and is cooperating with the ongoing investigation.
The vehicle has been seized by law enforcement.
