

Police said a man drove the wrong way through a county-owned parking garage in an attempt to strike someone with his vehicle earlier this week.

Duve K. Montrose, 29, of Burlington, New Jersey, was arrested Tuesday by the Central Bucks Regional Police Department. He has been charged with terroristic threats and simple assault.
The alleged incident happened Monday after Montrose’s appearance at the Bucks County Justice Center in Doylestown.
Police said Montrose followed a person into the Bucks County-owned parking garage. He then reportedly drove his vehicle at a high rate of speed in the wrong direction and attempted to hit the person.

Montrose was not detained at the scene, and police later issued a press release seeking his whereabouts.
After his arrest, Montrose was preliminarily arraigned Tuesday night before District Judge Mark Douple. He was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
