Quintin Lamar Gadsden, 42, was arrested last week on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and drug-related offenses. After his preliminary arraignment by District Judge Kevin Wagner, Gadsden was remanded to the Bucks County lockup in lieu of 10 percent of $250,000 bail.
The charges stem from a Dec. 17, 2025, incident in which Bristol Township police attempted to stop Gadsden’s black Honda near Old Orchard Lane and Fayette Drive, according to court papers.
Despite the use of emergency lights and sirens, Gadsden fled the scene, police said.

After Gadsden fled, investigators recovered a bag discarded from the Honda, police said.
They reported finding suspected drugs, a digital scale with white residue, an iPhone, and personal items.

The vehicle was later located on Dec. 20 in the 2400 block of Spring Avenue.
A search of the Honda turned up crack cocaine packaged for sale, MDMA pills, and drug paraphernalia, police said.
According to court papers, lab results later confirmed the presence of methamphetamine, MDMA mixed with fentanyl, and cocaine within the seized evidence.

The recovered iPhone was linked to Gadsden through a regional computer laboratory analysis, according to police.
On Tuesday, Bristol Township police filed additional charges against Gadsden, including drug offenses and a single count of making repairs to or selling an offensive weapon. He has yet to be arraigned on the new counts.

In 2020, while living in Scranton, Gadsden was arrested by Bensalem Township police for drug-related crimes, according to court records.
In that case, Gadsden pleaded guilty in August 2021 to charges including possession with intent to deliver and was sentenced to serve two to four years in prison.
