Spring cleaning isn’t just for your garage! The Bristol Township Public Works Department has begun he annual street sweeping program in neighborhoods.

The program is focused on clearing debris, reducing stormwater pollution, and making neighborhood looks good.
As part of the effort to clean from curb to curb, the township is requiring residents to move all vehicles off the street during a neighborhood’s designated sweeping window.
Drivers are instructed to follow all temporary parking restrictions and posted signage to avoid interfering with the sweeping, officials said.

Sweeping began in early April and has been completed in parts of the Croydon and West Bristol sections.
Below is the list of upcoming sweeping:
April 23 – April 27: Old Rodgers Rd., Mayfield Terrace, Laurel Bend, Margo Gardens, Lakeland Estates, Bath Addition, and Winder Village.

April 27 – May 1: Mill Creek, Keystone Park, Grundy’s Ln, Plumbridge, Newportville, and Fergusonville.
May 4 – May 7: Yellowood, Indian Creek, Woerner Ave., Blue Ridge, Emily Rd., and Cinder Ln.

The timeline for sweeping is subject to change due to weather conditions, staffing levels, or equipment maintenance, officials said.
