SEPTA spokesperson Andrew Busch said service will end at 2 p.m.

“These services will remain suspended through the end of the service day and will not resume until we can ensure safe conditions for customers and employees,” Busch said.

The suspension comes as a storm drops as much as a foot on snow on the region, with bitter cold sticking around.
