Within minutes of the game ending and against the wishes of police, fans overtook the intersection that sits in Bristol and Middletown townships to celebrate the NFC Championship win.
Fans sang the Eagles Fight song and cheered “E-A-G-L-E-S, Eagles!”

Shouts, cheers, hoots, hollers, and yelps of joy could be heard as fans celebrated the 55-23 win that will take the Eagles to the Super Bowl in New Orleans next month. Fans held up rally towels and cutouts of players, and a man dressed as the Grinch was spotted.

When the Phillies won the World Series in 1980 and in 2008, the intersection was filled with cheering fans. In October 2022, Phillies fans celebrated the team heading the World Series. When the Philadelphia Eagles won the NFC Championship in 2018, about 150 people gathered. Two weeks later when the Eagles won the Super Bowl, a very large crowd gathered to celebrate the big win. The last big celebration was in 2023 when the Eagles won the NFC Championship.
Even if fans weren’t celebrating at Five Points, fireworks burst above Lower Bucks County, neighbors cheered and banged pans outside, and cars honked as they passed each other.

Outside of the Levittown area, fans gathered along York Road in Hatboro, Montgomery County, and Broad Street in Philadelphia filled with thousands of excited fans.
