As part of the plea deal, Webb will head to state prison for 27-and-a-half to 60 years. She was sentenced by Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas Judge Barbara McDermott.

However, Webb is pregnant and she will report to prison after she gives birth, which is likely to be in February.

Troopers Mack and Branden T. Sisca, 29, of Montgomery County, were killed when Webb slammed into a parked state police patrol SUV on I-95 southbound by the stadium complex in Philadelphia as they secured the pedestrian – Reyes Rivera Oliveras, 28, of Allentown – who was on the highway just before 1 a.m. on March 21, 2022.

The force of the crash threw the victims across the highway, state police said.

The troopers and Oliveras were killed.

Webb was tweeting at the time of the crash, she had marijuana in her system, she had been pulled over by the troopers for speeding minutes earlier but was released due to a call for a person on the road, and her blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit at the time, according to previous testimony in the case.

Assistant District Attorney Jeff Hojnowski said the plea agreement with Webb came together after consulting with the families and troopers. He said there was concern over the families having to relive the tragedy during a trial.

Brittany Sisca, the wife of one of the fallen troopers, told reporters she was pregnant at the time of her husband’s death and their daughter will never get to know her father. She said Webb made her a single mother.

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner said Webb deserves to pay for the lives she took.

“Why on Earth would anyone be terribly intoxicated while simultaneously doing social media bragging about it. Why would anyone do that?” he questioned.

The district attorney said Webb’s actions caused the “destruction” of lives and she put partying above every single person on the roads.

“The conviction and sentence for this defendant hold her accountable for reckless, violent, criminal actions for the night of March 21st, 2022,” said Krasner.

Krasner said he believes the state needs to adjust the laws relating to fatal vehicle crashes to allow for harsher punishments, citing Webb’s case and similar ones in the city.
