A Montgomery County woman was charged Tuesday in the deaths of two Pennsylvania State Police troopers and a pedestrian early Monday morning.

Jayana Tanae Webb, 21, of Eagleville in Lower Providence Township, was charged with three counts of third-degree murder, homicide by vehicle while DUI, homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter, and reckless endangerment. She was also charged with two counts of second-degree manslaughter of a law enforcement officer and single-counts of failing to drive at a safe speed, careless driving, and reckless driving, according to state police.
Troopers Martin F. Mack III, 33, of Bristol Borough, and Branden T. Sisca, 29, of Montgomery County, were killed when Webb hit a state police patrol SUV on I-95 southbound by the stadium complex in Philadelphia as they secured a pedestrian who was on the highway just before 1 a.m. Monday.
The two troopers were pronounced dead at the scene.

State police identified the pedestrian who was killed as Reyes Rivera Oliveras, 28, of Allentown.
Troopers said Oliveras was on the highway and troopers responded to reports of a person who was on the highway.

The force of the crash threw the victims across the highway, state police said.
Webb stopped her badly-damaged vehicle at the scene.
On Monday, Troop K Commanding Officer Capt. James Kemm said bystanders stopped and attempted to aid the troopers.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reported a social media account that appeared associated with Webb featured a comment made in January: “If you ask me, I’m the best drunk driver ever.
Mack enlisted in the Pennsylvania State Police in November 2014 and graduated as a member of the 141st cadet class.

Sisca joined the Pennsylvania State Police in February 2021.
Mack and Sisca spent their entire careers assigned to the patrol section of Troop K in Philadelphia.

Flags were lowered to half-staff across the state in the wake of the troopers deaths.
Mack’s remains were returned to Bristol Borough with a police escort on Monday afternoon.

Services for Mack are being scheduled, and no date for a funeral has been announced.
