Police said the missing teen returned home and was safe.

Falls Township police issued a request of the public to report any sightings of a missing 16-year-old girl.

Tayelor Anthony was reported missing Wednesday evening and has not been seen since, police said.

Tayelor is thought to possibly be in Lower Makefield Township, Northeast Philadelphia, or North Philadelphia, police said.

Tayelor was last seen in a sweatpants, a sweatshirt, and carrying a black Puma backpack, police said.
