At 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, Middletown Township patrol officers, a K-9 unit, and special investigations unit detectives joined federal marshals at the Racquet Club Apartments on Veterans Highway to arrest Jamar Young, 34, of Trenton, on a narcotics-related warrant from the Garden State.

Due to worries over a possible threat posed by Young, the officers cautiously arrested Young in the apartment where he was found with a woman and two young kids, police said.

During the arrest, Middletown Township detectives spotted items that led to them apply for a search warrant for the residence, police said.
