The Levittown-area’s four public school boards reorganized to start the month.
The school boards held state-required reorganization meetings last week and this week.

According to state law, the meetings are to swear in newly-elected and reelected board members after the November election was certified. The school boards also voted on their leadership structure.
Bristol Borough School Board:
District Judge Frank Peranteau Sr. swore in newly-elected board members Brianna M. Curran and Anthony Smith, who has been filling a board vacancy. David Chichilitti and John D’Angelo were sworn in for new terms.

Chichilitti was picked to remain as president and Michael Poploskie was appointed vice president of the board.

Bristol Township School Board:
Senior District Judge Robert Wagner swore in newly-elected board member Mary Sharble. James Morgan and Kellie Buchanan were sworn in for new terms.
James Morgan remains as president and Barbara Bill was selected to continue to serve as vice president.

District Judge Daniel Baranoski swore in new school board members Alicia Lafferty and Kellen Sporny. Sitting board members Cyndie Bowman and John Allen were sworn in for new terms.
Stephen Pirritano, the previous school board president, remained on the board, but he declined to be nominated to remain in the post. Allen was named president and Bowman picked to be vice president.

District Judge Jan Vislosky swore in newly-elected and reelected board members.
Lois Lambing represents Region 1 for a four-year term. Joshua Waldorf was re-elected to a four-year term, also in Region 1. Jim Prokopiak won a two-year set in Region 2. While Dr. Jeannine Delwiche and Dr. Joanna Steere won a two-year, and four-year seat, respectively in Region 3. Linda Palsky was re-elected to a four-year term, also in Region 3.
With Christine Toy-Dragoni leaving the board and presidency, the new board elected TR Kannan as president and Gary Sanderson as vice president.
