The man told investigators he was punched by Williams in the area of Ellwood Avenue and Toga Street. The man ended up near the concrete road blocks at Schumacher and Marke Lowe drives when Williams and Procell assaulted him and took $150 from his pockets, police said.

While talking to the man, police noted he had a “good-sized laceration” on his lip, was “bleeding heavily,” and had a large bruise above his left eye, which was swollen shut.

Williams and Procell are both charged with robbery, disorderly conduct, and harassment.
