Metropolitan Development Group was slated to present updated plans to construct 121 new homes on the 168-acre Stone Meadows Farm. The plans call for 86 homes for the portion of the property off Newtown-Langhorne Road with 35 residences in a separate section of the land along Fulling Mill Road. The development would overtake the largest privately-owned agricultural property in Middletown.
Earlier this year, the planners voted down a previous development proposal for the farm.
