A 40-year-old Bristol Township man has been arrested and charged after detectives allege that he possessed and sold a number of drugs.
Christopher Michael Neuber, 40, was charged last week with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; firearms not to be carried without a license; possession of an instrument of crime; criminal use of a communication facility; use/possession of drug paraphernalia; and possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned late last Thursday night by on-call District Judge Jean Seaman and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility unable to post 10 percent of $100,000 bail.

Investigators from Falls Township and the Bucks County Detectives first keyed in on Neuber as part of a probe into methamphetamine sales in the county, authorities said.
Last Thursday, investigators executed search warrants at a home in the 40 block of Yellowood Drive in Bristol Township’s Levittown section and the 100 block of McKinley Street in Bristol Borough. They found suspected meth, Percocet, Suboxone, cocaine and other prescription drugs in safes. Investigators also found drug paraphernalia, police said.
Inside Neuber’s Yellowood Drive home, they reported finding a gun inside of a wooden shelf.

Investigators also said they discovered $8,800 cash in the safe inside his Levittown home. The money was allegedly the proceeds from drug sales.
A second gun was found in the Bristol Borough stash house, police said.

Neuber allegedly told police the gun in his home was to protect him and his family because selling drugs is dangerous. He also told police the gun in the Bristol Borough home was given to him in exchange for selling drugs to a customer.
Police said Neuber’s criminal background does not permit him to possess a firearm.
During an interview with detectives, Neuber said he did not work and used the sale of drugs to make ends meet. He added that he has 30-plus local customers.

Neuber explained that he has supplied drugs for years and employed two runners to deliver to customers. However, the two runners took money from him and one was arrested, causing him to begin delivering the drugs himself, police said.
Although he had numerous suspected drugs in his possession, Neuber said he uses Suboxone and meth only on occasion.
