Police responded to the 30 block of Cabot Boulevard in the Langhorne section of Falls at about 4:45 a.m. Sunday for a reported burglary in progress. Security officers watched two men enter an under-construction warehouse and attempt to steal a spool of copper that was valued at $12,000, according to court papers.
The two men were being assisted by a third in trying to load the industrial sized spool into the bed of a green Ford Ranger, but officers arrived in the middle of the load, police said.
