Bristol Township police and school district staff conducted a sweep of Harry S. Truman High School Tuesday after a bomb threat.

Police said no bombs were found and the call was determined to be a prank.

Bucks County 9-1-1 received an anonymous phone call Tuesday around 10:25 a.m. The caller said a bomb was in a bathroom in the Green Lane high school before quickly hanging up.

School security checked the bathrooms and found no evidence of bombs. A sweep by police was later conducted, authorities said.

The sounds of kids laughing were heard in the background on the call, police said.

The district said in an email to parents that the call came from an inactive prepaid phone.

School staff will monitor Truman throughout the day and the principal urged parents to remind their kids to make good decisions with electronic devices.

The latest incident follows three people entering the school and being taken into police custody last week and an altercation that led to officers responding last month.
