A new spa with a focus on providing the best service possible to clients recently opened in Bristol Township’s Fairless Hills section.
Aroma Spa and Brows opened in early October on South Oxford Valley Road in Queen Anne Plaza. The new spa provides facials, waxing, body treatments, threading services, henna tattoos and more.

Although it just opened last month, the spa has been in the works for upwards of five years. While most of that time was looking for a suitable location, the owners said having their dream finally open is an indescribable feeling.
In just a little over a month of service, customers are having a hard time finding something to complain about in regards to service.
“So far, all of our clients have been very happy with the service,” said Bharat Patel, an electrical engineer by trade, who is supporting his wife Jalpa,

The owner-operated nature of the venture means that the Patels are able to do anything to better fulfill customers’ requests. Jalpa Patel picks all of the products, sticking to natural and organics, Bharat Patel said.
“We believe that you can fulfill any customer’s request,” Bharat Patel said.

The couple began looking for a location for the spa nearly five years ago. Last November, they found the store at 537 South Oxford Valley Road. They signed the lease in May of 2017 and the rest is history.
“It’s pretty exciting. You still have stress, but it is a very different kind of stress,” Bharat Patel said.
Jalpa Patel has been in the business for nearly 15 years and brings that experience with her to the new venture.
