One man fled in the car and Bell attempted to flee on foot, which led to his quick capture, police said.

When officers came upon the Bath Street Market, they saw that the front door had been broken, police said.

Bell was charged with felonies of burglary, criminal mischief and criminal trespassing, misdemeanors of possession of an instrument of crime with the intent to use it, theft and receiving stolen property.
