Middletown police have charged a 19-year-old man with making terroristic threats at Neshaminy High School.
Police said Levittown resident Nickolas Bailey Margerum wrote in a statement that he wrote two threatening messages inside boys bathrooms in the high school. One message allegedly said “”I’m shooting up the school 6/4/17 don’t come!!” and the other read “don’t come to school 6/4/17.” The final message was alleged to have featured a drawing of a gun.

The messages were discovered in the bathrooms on Friday, June 2.
Principal Dr. Rob McGee, according to court papers, determined Margerum was behind the messages in the bathroom. Margerum provided authorities with written statements admitting to the incidents and was arrested.
The school district has acknowledged Margerum was a student at the high school.

Margerum was charged and arraigned last week on two counts of terroristic threats, institutional vandalism and disorderly conduct. Two days after his arrest, a bail bondsman secured Margerum’s release from county lockup.
