Authorities confirmed Monday evening that accused serial child molester William “Willie” Thomas, 58, of Falls’ Morrisville section, will be charged with 26 additional counts, including rape, obscene and other sexual materials, sexual abuse of children and aggravated indecent assault. He is already facing 51 counts of various other charges related to his previous case. In addition, he was charged in February with three misdemeanor drug offenses.

A spokesperson for the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office told LevittownNow.com that Thomas had waived his scheduled Tuesday preliminary hearing for the first case.

According to the new affidavit that will be lodged against the 58 year old, Thomas sexually assaulted a young girl and performed a number of inappropriate actions around her while she was growing up in the 1990s. The girl spent a lot of time with Thomas at the Pennsbury Woods Apartments on New Falls Road in Levittown.

Thomas would allegedly show the girl dolls with aftermarket genitalia attached and demonstrate sex acts. He would tell the girl the actions were “natural” and nothing was wrong, police said.

Thomas is alleged to confessed his love for the girl when she was an adolescent and wanted her to marry him.

Police said the girl, who is now an adult, told them Thomas would provide her with marijuana, sometimes having no memory of what happened after smoking the drug.

Around the same time Thomas would supply drugs, he would also massage the girl inappropriately, police said.

When police executed search warrants on Thomas’ mobile home at the Midway Village community on Bristol Pike, they allegedly found the girl’s face superimposed over the image of a naked body. In addition, police said they found plush toys with aftermarket genitals, writing describing sexual assaults on the girl and sexual illustrations.

Authorities said Thomas is behind what is likely Bucks County’s most prolific child sexual abuse spree that could span back as long as 40 years. The latest case makes six victims who were allegedly molested as children.

While investigators only have victims that trace the alleged molestations back to the 1990s, court documents indicate there is information that Thomas’ sexual interest in children dates to the 1970s.

“I just need somebody to believe that I’m not the evil, disgusting person that people are making me out to be,” Thomas reportedly told a district judge during his initial arraignment.

Thomas remains in county prison unable to post bail.
