Police said they spotted Keenan Russell, 29, standing outside the driveway of his home at 3704 Spruce Street in the Winder Village section of the township. Officers were aware that Russell was wanted on a warrant from the Bucks County Department of Probation and Parole.
The officers on Tuesday evening suspected that Russell entered the home at 3704 Spruce Street. When they asked to enter the home to search for the wanted man, one of his relatives refused entry and police surrounded the home to make sure Russell could not slip away, police said in a statement.
Officers held their positions from around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday until around 6 a.m. Wednesday when armed officers using a search warrant entered the home and took Russell into custody without incident.
