Former Middletown Supervisor Drew Kreiling is mounting a write-in campaign to get on the ballot as the Republican candidate for the 141st State Legislative District.
Kreiling, whose petition to get on the Republican primary ballot was overturned when he didn’t reach the needed number of signatures, plans to run against Democratic State Rep. Tina Davis in the fall general election.

Kreiling told LevittownNow.com he decided to run with days left until the signatures to get placed on the ballot were due. With a large winter storm, he wasn’t able to get the required number of signatures for the primary ballot.
According to the Bucks County Board of Elections, Davis is the only Democrat on the primary ballot and there are no Republican candidates that will be listed Tuesday.
Kreiling served as on the Middletown Board of Supervisors for several years before being voted out in last year’s election.
