Public Intoxication

A 23-year-old man from Levittown was cited on Tuesday, Sept. 1 at 9:14 p.m. on Trail Road for public intoxication.

Possession of a Controlled Substance

A 32-year-old man from Langhorne was arrested on Tuesday, Sept. 1 at 6 p.m.on Jefferson Ave., for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Theft

A 17-year-old man from Philadelphia was arrested on Tuesday, Sept. 1 at 2:40 p.m. for theft and receiving stolen property at Sesame Place. The loss is valued at $1,612.42.

Criminal Mischief to Vehicle

Victim reports that sometime overnight, between Aug. 31 and Sept 1, unknown actor(s) smashed out the windshield of her 2003 Mitsubishi, parked on Towpath Road. It is unknown at this time the value of the damage.

A 42-year-old woman from Trenton, NJ was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 2, at 2:39 a.m. on US Route #1 for driving under the influence.

Attempted Burglary

Pantry One Food Mart reports that on Thursday, Sept. 3 from 2:22 a.m. through 2:51 a.m. an unknown actor attempted to gain entry to the store.
