The 53-year-old Levittown man was charged last week with indecent assault on a person under 13, rape of a child, corruption of a minor and endangering the welfare of a child. He already is facing similar offenses connected to charges that were filed in late May.
The 53 year old is accused of sexually assaulting two girls – one six years old and one seven years old – in recent years.
In the latest court filing, the 53 year old is accused of inappropriately touching the girl “more times then she could count.”

While being driven to the police station in May, the 53 year old told the sergeant that was driving that he “didn’t mean to do it,” Detective David Strother wrote in court papers.
The 53 year old is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing on July 16 and July 23.
