On June 27, officers were dispatched to the Center for Student Learning in the 300 block of Lakeside Drive in Levittown for the report of two suspicious males walking the property while carrying black handguns. According to witnesses, both males were observed pointing such handguns in the direction of the lake in Tullytown while they walked towards the Levittown Town Center.
After officers were unable to locate the men in Lakeside, they parked their marked vehicles in front of the Walmart where they noticed both men walk out of the store holding various merchandise. Being told the men were in possession of handguns, officers drew their weapons before placing both men in custody. According to a probable cause affidavit, both men were found to be in possession of black BB-type handguns, in addition to two debit cards which did not belong to them.
According to police record, the debit cards belonged to a woman who claimed her vehicle had been broken into with a rock the night before.

An interview with Clarkย at police headquarters noted that he had received the debit cards from Stack, and that after purchasing the BB guns with the debit cards, they walked to the lake to go shoot. Stack admitted to breaking into the woman’s car by throwing a rock through the window. He then stole her purse, which he discarded in the area of Green Lane and Airport Roads, according to a probable cause affidavit.
After using the woman’s card to purchase two BB guns for $74.14, the men returned to the store and purchased various merchandise totaling $174.73.
