The incident was related to a suicidal subject, Lt. Hank Ward said. The subject was talked out and transported to the hospital.

Original Story: 

An incident Saturday afternoon forced police to draw their weapons in Falls Township.

Residents started reporting seeing multiple police cars and officers with their weapons drawn near a group of mobile homes between the 1000 and 2000 block of Bristol Pike around 1:35 p.m.

One resident noted police appeared to be communicating with a person inside the trailer before the incident ended.

Residents said there more close to a dozen police cars at the scene. Police remained at a mobile home throughout the afternoon and early evening.

Police were not available for comment as of 8 p.m.
