McCleary rammed Bristol Borough Patrolman Justin Gross’ Ford Crown Victoria police vehicle in March 2014 during a chase.

Gross was called to the Cleveland Avenue for reports of a woman acting strangely and driving recklessly.

Upon arrival, Gross tried to pull over McCleary but she sped off and fled at a high rate of speed, court papers say.

As the patrolman tried to block McCleary for entering the Pennsylvania Turnpike after the chase led to Bristol Township, the 38 year old rammed him patrol vehicle twice, according to court papers.
