Three Arches on Trenton Road in Falls Township was the recipient of a beautification event that officials hope becomes annual.

The event, a result of a partnership between Comcast and the Falls Township Parks and Recreation Department, took place on Saturday morning at the Trenton Road estate. Volunteers planted flowers, spread mulch, pulled weeds and more around the property.

“We’re trying to beautify the property a little bit. Hopefully this is a good start,” said Brian Andrews, director of Parks and Recreation for Falls Township.

Dick Tosti from Comcast was present as part of the Comcast Cares initiative, where employees spend a day volunteering.

According to Andrews, between 35 and 40 volunteers came out to help clean up the property.
