Marc M. Gansworth, 30, of Middletown, along with James Koritko, 33, of Bensalem, were charged with robbery in connection with a November 3 incident that happened at a motel in the 3000 block of Veterans Highway (Route 413) in Bristol Township.

Police alleged that Gansworth and Koritko robbed a man after they called him to the motel to get money he was owned.

Once the man arrived to the hotel room, Koritko yelled that he needed to be “taught a lesson,” court papers say.

Gansworth and Koritko pushed the man down on a bed and went through his pockets before he was allowed to leave, police said. Court papers show the two only got $5 out of the man.

The man left the motel and called police.

In a separate case, Gansworth is accused of robbing a man in Bristol Township on October 23, which is the same day a judge in Doylestown sentenced him to probation for an April Fools Day theft and drug paraphernalia case.

Gansworth was arraigned and sent to Bucks County prison on 10 percent of $25,000 in the alleged November robbery and 10 percent of $30,000 in the October case.

Koritko was arraigned before District Judge Leonard Brown and sent to Bucks County prison on 10 percent of $50,000 bail.
