Justin Rayack, 20, of Bristol Borough, was arrested Saturday around 10:30 p.m. after he ran from an officer who tried to stop him for a suspected curfew violation, according to court papers.

Rayack reportedly came out of the wooded area on Trenton Avenue when police stopped him and the three other people he was with, court papers say.
Police said they caught up with the 20 year old on Garfield Street, he “attempted to lose” a camo-colored backpack. At that time, a bag of suspected marijuana fell onto the ground, court papers say.
After being taken into custody, Rayack was found to have a bag of suspected marijuana on him and several more bags of suspected drugs were found in the backapck, court papers say. Police said they also recovered suspected Oxycodine and $335.

Rayack was arraigned Sunday on charges of manufacture, delivery and possession with intent, illegally possessing a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sent to Bucks County prison on 10 percent of $150,000 bail.
According to court documents, Rayack was charged in Bensalem with DUI and related offenses in August.
