Beloved Thomas “Coach T” Hall was remembered by various members of the Wardogs Football Youth Club on Saturday as they celebrated his life and his dedication to his team the only way they knew how, through playing his favorite game.
Hall, who passed away tragically in a car wreck this past June on Green Lane in Bristol Township, had dedicated five decades to coaching in the area and was called an “integral part of Lower Bucks football”.

The Wardogs, big champions from the Florida Pop Warner games, took part in a three game tournament Saturday, playing Lower Makefield, Oxford Circle, and Bensalem all on Truman’s football field. The team, which celebrated a victory each time, proudly wore ‘T’ symbols on their glistening black helmets.
“He would love this, I know that,” said Constance Moore, Bristol Township School Board member, about her father. “He wouldn’t want me to be angry, even if he would have lived.”

Moore, who was joined by her mother and brother, rushed to the games after work, and proudly talked of all the team’s members, cheering them on every second she could. Her father’s exuberance for the youth and the team seemed to radiate through her on the field.
As the final game of the day came to a close, the game announcer spoke fondly of Hall, “I want to thank everyone who came out to remember ‘Coach T’, who spent five decades coaching in the community and teaching young men how to be successful on and off the field.”
