Teen Struck by Hit & Run Driver

A 16-year-old Bristol Township boy was hit by a car Thursday morning, according to township police.

The teen was in the southbound crosswalk at Veterans Highway (Route 413) and Winder Drive when a white car “tapped” his bicycle and knocked the teen to the ground at 7:25 a.m., police said.

The teen sustained a scrape on his arm, police said.

The vehicle fled from the scene and was described to be a “white car,” according to police.
