The local SWAT team was dispatched to the scene shortly before dawn, according to a police official.

From 6abc.com:

Police say Naumowicz and another man, who were renting the property together, got into an argument that ended when Naumowicz threatened the other man.

That man called police, who told him to leave immediately.

Police arrived and Naumowicz refused to come out. A armored SWAT vehicle blasted a message asking the 64-year-old to leave the home.
