Saturday, January 25 &/or Sunday, January 26 โ Earth Skills Class, 1- 4 pm. Join primitive skills practitioner, Howard Holt, for an afternoon or two of Earth Skills. Howard has been teaching the art and science of tracking, primitive skills, and nature awareness for 10 years to people of all ages across the country.

Pre-registration required โattend either day or both -$35 each day for participants 10 and older. Each additional family member is just $10. No refunds for cancellations given less than 10 days before program.
***Open to ages 10 and up, no experience required. All participants under 13 must be accompanied by an adult family member. Scout and other groups are welcome. ***

The Silver Lake Nature Center, where learning comes naturally, is a 235-acre nature preserve located in Bristol Township, Bucks County. It is a facility of the Bucks County Department of Parks & Recreation with additional funding and staffing provided by the Friends of Silver Lake Nature Center. The Center is home to 20 plant and animal species listed as rare, threatened, or endangered in Pennsylvania. Participation in programs helps protect these species and their habitats. The Center does not discriminate on the basis of disability in its programs, activities, or facilities. People with special needs are asked to give advance notice.
